Load needed DLLs for kernel?

I was trying to use my computer I had it on (it was on a screen saver) & wheb I went back to use it the computer restarted itself & came back with this error message on the boot up screen "load needed DLLs for kernel" I have never seen this meagge before & have no idea how to fix it I can't start windows in regular, safe modeN safe mode with networking, or command prompt can anyone help me please cause...I got nothing
