R4 Action Replay cheats are not working?

R4 Action Replay i am using Kernel Wood v1.31 i put usrcheat.dat in _rpg/cheats go on my Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2011 Over the Nexus (J) and pokemon games press Y then X select cheats... and start game and nothing happens. i even tried creating my usrcheat and again nothing. what should i do?
