How long will it take for my water to ever clear? Will it ever clear?

If u have high phosphates your water will look like crap. Also the excessive water changes arnt helping. Goto petco or online and order a green killing machine. Get the big one for the over crouded tank and the small one for your other tank. You will have clear water in days. Your problem is bacteria over population. Proably caused by too much bio mass in the water.
