How can i help my daughter aquafinete cope with being bullied?

my daughter13 aquafinette came one and told me people are making fun of her they call her names like water ballon, and go up to her and say can i have a drink. i am very concerned that she will become a loser and i have reputaion to up hold. i was popular had guys lining up for me. what should i do. she's to young for plastic surgery.
