Can I get all the songs from my old ipod on my new one?

So last night someone broke into my car and took my ipod from my glove compartment): ): ): ): ),: but I'm going to get a new one and I was wondering if I can get all the songs from the old one on the new one and how? All the songs are still on my iTunes on the computer.
