Basic boxing equipment?

Looking for basic boxing equipment, from things like gloves to a bag (maybe?)- $250 budget. What should I get and what brand (please try to be as specific as possible- don't just say 'everlast' or 'grant')? I am not looking for good looks, rather a decent amount of durability and comfort.
