I recently cleaned out my glove box and must have taken out my new auto insurance car thinking it was my insurance card for my previous vehicle. Now I can't find the new insurance card. I was pulled over and written up for no proof of insurance. I was told if I bring proof of insurance within 30 days to the clerk my fine will only be $10 dollars. I was curious if an auto insurance bill statement would work? It has the policy number and vehicle model on it, so I thought it was worth a shot. Any ideas? Thanks
