Isn't there a reliable army navel surplus in/ near Arlington, Washington D.C?

I'm donw for a vacation inWAshington D.C and I'm about fed up with the fact that there are no flipping reliable stores down here that have any kind of surplus for Army Naval/surplus stores that have anything that I'm looking for. (( FLAGS OF OTHER COUNTRIES , Russian hats, German/ Green over coats/ Bomber Jacket/ wrist gloves/ hats etc))... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME BEFORE JULY 5TH...
