Do you think the Twins should move Joe Mauer to 1st Base?

He is a great catcher, but he has had quite a few injuries as a catcher.I'm a Mauer fan, and I think they should move him to 1st base. Then he may not get any more injuries.He is a gold glove catcher, but he had too many injuries. I just saw Gardy teaching Mauer how to play 1st base. So it looks like he may be a 1st baseman.
